2. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our proprietary structural analytics dashboards and instant data access, all subscription payments are non‑refundable once access has been granted. This includes partial‑period usage, early cancellations, or unused time within the billing cycle.
3. Exceptions & Processing
If a technical error, duplicate charge, or payment gateway malfunction occurs, please contact support immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay and banking network timelines.
4. Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, access to premium dashboards is granted instantly. You acknowledge that digital delivery constitutes full service fulfillment for the billing period.
